Talk Straight Limited Acquires E2BN Protex Ltd

We are delighted to announce that Talk Straight Limited, trading as Schools Broadband, and a leader in providing high-speed connectivity and cybersecurity services to UK schools, has successfully completed the 100% cash acquisition of the share capital of E2BN Protex Ltd trading as Internet4Schools. 

This acquisition marks a significant milestone in Talk Straight Group’s strategic growth plan to become the largest provider of WAN, ISP, safeguarding, and security services to schools across the UK. 

The Talk Straight Group, which currently encompasses Talk Straight Ltd, Trust IT Ltd and United Networks Ltd, is one of the foremost education-focused internet service providers in the UK. With an impressive group turnover of £13.5M, the Group supports more than 3,000 schools and 275 Multi Academy Trusts nationwide, delivering cutting-edge digital solutions that include advanced cybersecurity, digital safeguarding, and WAN services
