Welcome To The Team
We’re delighted to welcome four new members to the Schools Broadband team this month: Shelley Fuller, Matt Edwards, Mark Burnop and Thomas Crosland. Each brings valuable experience across education, EdTech, partnerships, IT and managed services, strengthening our ability to deliver education-focused solutions that support safe, secure and DfE compliant digital learning environments.
Shelley Fuller, Partner Programme Manager
Shelley joins Schools Broadband as our new Partner Programme Manager. Shelley brings seven years of EdTech experience, with a strong track record in supporting partners and building relationships across the education sector. She also has valuable sales and marketing experience from previous franchising roles, where she supported franchisees to grow their businesses. In her new role, Shelley will work closely with partners to strengthen relationships, support growth and further develop our partner programme.
Matt Edwards, Education Area Manager - South of England
Matt joins us as Education Area Manager for the South of England, bringing experience across both education and EdTech. Most recently, Matt worked as an Account Manager in the EdTech sector supporting schools and trusts with safeguarding, monitoring and operational insight. Before moving into education technology, he spent six years teaching in a secondary school as Head of Music, giving him first-hand understanding of the challenges and priorities schools face every day.
Mark Burnop, Education Area Manager - Midlands
Mark joins us as Education Area Manager for the Midlands, bringing over 25 years’ experience in IT account management and business development. For the past four years, Mark has focused exclusively on the education sector, working with state and independent schools across managed services, infrastructure, Microsoft services and wider IT solutions. In his new role, he will work with schools and trusts across the Midlands, helping them explore connectivity, safeguarding and security solutions that support everyday teaching, learning and school operations.
Thomas Crosland, Internal Account Manager
Tom joins the sales team as an Internal Account Manager.
Tom will be supporting our customers throughout their journey with Schools Broadband, helping them get the most from their broadband, safeguarding and security services. He will also collaborate with teams across the business to help ensure a smooth, positive customer experience.
We’re really pleased to welcome Shelley, Matt, Mark and Tom to the team. Their combined experience, and sector knowledge will be a valuable addition as we continue to strengthen the support we provide to schools, trusts and partners across connectivity, safeguarding, security and partner development.
